Please note, the Friends AGM will be on Weds 11th April 2012 at 6pm Committee Toom 3, The Civic Offices. The business including the re-election of Executive committee members will be followed by a short presentation and refreshments.
Candidates are sought for the position of TREASURER, CHAIR and VICE-CHAIR. If you would like to attend but are not currently a member please notify us by 4th April if you wish to attend to allow for catering requirements. Thank you. |

The next meeting of the Friends is the AGM on:
WEDNESDAY 11th APRIL
at 6.00pm in Committee Room 2,
THE CIVIC OFFICES, TELFORD.
The meeting will deal with our current projects including the latest on the Town Park re-development in addition to re-election of office bearers.
The meeting should end around 7.30pm with socialising afterwards.

The Friends of Telford Town Park will be having our 10th Anniversary in 2013 and to celebrate it we will be holding a memorable event. Plans are already being formed by a sub committee and we look forward to making an annoucement in the next few months.

The Friends of Telford Town Park are delighted to announce that after 5 years efforts we have at last secured the future preservation of the Arena.
On Wednesday morning of the 23rd November 2011 the deeds were signed by Ms Alison Moore-Gwyn, the Chief Executive Officer of Fields in Trust and the Mayor of Telford & Wrekin, Councillor Malcolm Smith. It was witnessed by Her Majesty the Queen’s representative for Shropshire,
